We are hiring in Dubai Business Development Manager Chinese Nationality

This role will develop new domestic and international clients in china and attain revenue goals set for given sales territory. Also, will provide comprehensive transportation solutions for customers and analyze needs to create logistics solutions for the customers and commitment to service excellence. In addition, maintain existing business volumes while prospecting for new business opportunities within a specific sales territory. This individual will successfully market the company’s transportation services as well as their warehousing and distribution services.

Responsibilities

  • Identify partnership opportunities
  • Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expand
  • Strong connection with china main shipping line and couriers
  • Think critically when planning to assure project success
  • Plan weekly sales calls.
  • Create a target sales list
  • Solicit new business opportunities.
  • Improve profitability.
  • Assist with Requests for Proposal (RFP’s).
  • Prepare Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) for customer instructions.
  • Identify new business opportunities
  • Follow up on all sales leads.
  • Participate with pricing analysis.
  • Prepare and execute sales presentations.
  • Participate in sales meetings.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 2 – 4 years’ prior industry related Freight forwarding in China
  • Male Or Female chines nationality only
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
  • Focused and goal-oriented
  • Strong experience in transportation industry/sales. 
  • Existing customer base and an established network of contacts.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively plan and organize appointments and meet reporting deadlines.
  • Must have excellent networking skills.
  • Participation in industry-related organizations.
  • Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Proven record of sales success.
