Description:

Hiring BMS Mechanical Engineer

• Driving License Mandatory
• Salary : 5500 AED
• Role-Contract- 6months and extendable to long term

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain the installed equipment and EM systems such as Chillers, VRF Systems, CRAH Systems, DX Units, FAHUs, and Generators. Added advantage for knowledge in UPS’s, DC power systems, Fire Alarm, Fire Fighting, Access Control, CCTV, BMS, Air Conditioning, etc.
• Inspects and supervise all PM and CM activities including maintains, and repairs HVAC, Power Generation, Low[1]Voltage Electrical Switchgear, and UPS systems.
• Follow-up & Escalate issues found during maintenance requiring capital investment, e.g., replacement items following repeat maintenance visits.

Skills Required:

• Should have through knowledge of HVAC, Mechanical and Electrical equipment’s.
• Good knowledge of applicable DC standards and codes.
• Able to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and Single line diagrams.
• Mechanical Engineering Degree with minimum 3 years’ experience
• Previous experience in data center will be additional benefit.
