What You’ll Do
- Create, Track & Receive POs
- Key billing data from timesheet / LMR’s into billing system with high degree of accuracy.
- Receive new jobs from Customer
- Set up new jobs in the Job Management system
- Bill Customer and Correct Rejections as needed
- Order materials and office supplies
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
- File, data entry, I-9 verification for new employees, and other office assigned duties
- Answer phones in a professional and courteous manner
Who We Are Looking For
- At least 18 years old
- Authorized to work in the United States for this company
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively in person and in writing.
- Proficient in the use of computers, office equipment, and office software, including Google Suite and Office Suite.
- 3+ years of Microsoft Excel experience
- Demonstrate flexibility and a willingness to try new things.
- Willing to work overtime and some weekends as needed.
