Description:

Looking for Finance Executive with 3+ years of UAE experience and 5+ years of broad finance experience.

Company is dealing with some luxurious properties in Dubai.

Role Responsibilities:

• Oversee the duties of the accounting and compliance function.
• Prepare highly analytical reports and PowerPoint presentations for Management an investors.
• Create and submit VAT returns
• Implement accounting systems and processes.
• Managing our Zoho books / controlling the master data of the general register.
• Make submissions of guest data to DTCM
• Review and release online banking payments.
• Manage the full financial process.
• Monitors petty cash payments and the replenishments
• Bank reconciliations, Payroll
• Document management and organization/admin
• Manage AP and AR
• Prepare invoices and manage/organize records
• Salary: AED7,000 per month
• Preferred Industry – Real Estate, Hotel but not essential
• (The candidate is also required to assist in Payroll, basic HR functions, admin, and support.)
• Accountancy body membership (ACCA/CIMA/ACA/CA/CPA) (Required)
