Our esteemed client, a leader in the hospitality industry, is seeking Assistant Restaurant Managers to join their pre-opening team and contribute to delivering an exceptional dining experience.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations, including staff supervision, inventory management, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Assist in implementing strategies to optimize revenue generation and enhance the overall dining experience.
- Collaborate closely with the culinary team to maintain menu quality and consistency.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within the restaurant industry, preferably in upscale dining establishments.
- Excellent leadership skills and the ability to effectively communicate and delegate tasks.
- Strong organizational skills and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
