Hiring F&B Cost Controller
As a Food and Beverage cost controller, you will be primarily responsible for cost optimization through monitoring & calculating costs across all F&B items.
Additionally you will analyze information & trends to produce control reports that maintain cost, shrinkage and inventory at acceptable levels. You will also be proactively involved applying costing information in pricing and menu re-engineering.
We are looking for someone with high levels of self-confidence and independence who is capable of working under their own initiative. Potential candidates must have at least 5 years’ F&B cost-control experience and excellent analytical skills. Good working knowledge of accounting system, Excel, POS, cost and inventory software will be an advantage.
Languages: Good English and Arabic is a plus.
Note: This position will be based in Riyadh, KSA.
