Description:

We are looking For Assistant Manager Talent and Performance Management for Abu Dhabi Location

• Bachelor’s degree holder: ideally in Psychology or Business Administration or HR Management, MBA degree is an advantage
• Holds valid HR professional certification i.e. PHRi, SPHRi, GPHR, SHRM-CP
• Must be a holder of Certified Trainer qualifications or its equivalent
• Experience – More than 5 years of experience specifically in talent and performance management
• Nationality – Any Nationality preferably Male
• Salary – Max upto 15000 AED

Job Description:

• Possess expert level in succession planning, employee performance management, Career development, learning and development, talent planning, Talent management strategy, Compensation and Benefit and leadership development program
• Has direct experience using nine-box matrix potential and performance
• Skilled in performing learning needs analysis, KPI’s
• Competent in reviewing, and amending various HR policies and procedures
• Previous experience doing leadership coaching is an advantage
• Possess high level of strategic and critical thinking
• Must have his own car and valid driving license and willing to travel in different Emirates/Branches
• Willing to work 6 days a week (Sunday off only)
• Work location is Abu Dhabi (we prefer candidates who are currently living in Abu Dhabi)
