Best Town Realty is a dynamic and growing real estate company based in Dubai, UAE. We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team to perform routine clerical and administrative duties such as organizing files, preparing documents, scheduling appointments, and providing support to the agents and CEO.
During the first 3 months, the role will be a work-from-home position. After successful completion of the probationary period, the Administrative Assistant will be expected to work in our office.
Main Responsibilities (not limited to):
- Prepare and manage invoices for various real estate transactions, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Manage and handle real estate portals efficiently, including listing properties, updating information, and responding to inquiries.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO and real estate agents, assisting with documentation, scheduling, and other tasks as required.
- Draft and send company emails, messages, and presentations.
- Mandatory previous experience as an Administrative Assistant in a real estate company.
- Strong knowledge of invoicing procedures and practices within the real estate context.
- Familiarity with real estate portals such as PropertyFinder, Bayut, and Dubizzle and ability to navigate and manage listings effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with team members and clients professionally.
- A proactive and problem-solving mindset, capable of handling challenges independently.
