Hiring Admin Specialist Secondary Sales (Admin)

• Arabic Speaking
• Only from Secondary market (Real estate brokerage firm)
• Should be readily available to join
• Preferably Male
• Salary up to AED 7000-8000

Desired Skillset (Most important skill set)

• Candidate has to be well versed with secondary sales documentation flow processes such as flow of – FORM A, FORM B, FORM F, and buyer–seller agreements / MOU signing between Buyer seller and Real Estate Brokerage Company.
• Knowledge of Dubai Real Estate secondary sales policies and regulations and the ability to train others in its use
• Must be available in UAE.
• Excellent communication skills in English and preferably Arabic.
