Hiring Admin Coordinator (Housekeeping)

K4 Technical Services is hiring a full-time Admin coordinator for our Cleaning Department.

As an Admin, you will be responsible for day-to-day administrative assistance tasks related to the cleaning services provided by the company.

  • This includes coordinating and scheduling cleaning services, managing customer inquiries and complaints, assisting with finance-related tasks, and providing excellent customer service.
  • To qualify for this role, you should have excellent communication skills, 3-4 years of experience in an Admin role in the UAE, and experience in administrative assistance and customer service.
  • Analytical skills for problem-solving and decision-making, basic understanding of finance-related tasks, ability to work well in a team and independently, attention to detail, time management skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Previous experience in the cleaning industry are all desirable qualities.
