Description:

We are hiring an Accounts Manager to join our team in Dubai – DIP.

Responsibilities:

• 10 years’ Experience in Contracting Companies in UAE is a Must.
• Wide knowledge & Experience in closing the year end towards obtaining the final draft of the TB.
• Good experience in preparing the BS as per the IFRS & GAAP regulation especially articles 15 & 16.
• Knowledge with the requirements of obtaining credit facilities from banks.
• Building a strong cash flow planning.
• Monitoring the profitability of each project, solving daily obstacles.
• Meeting with key suppliers and service providers to plan strong payment terms.
• Daily management of financial & accounts operations.
• Implementing policies & procedures to facilitate internal financial controls.
• Managing accounting activities pertaining to cost analysis, banking, financial statements, auditing, cash flow, LCs. TRs & LGs procedures and action.
• All whatever it needs to lead the financial affairs in controlled wise ways.
• -Skills in Microsoft applications & ERP system.
• -Good communication skills in English, Arabic is a credit.
• University degree in Accounts, Professional Certificate is a credit.
