Job Responsibilities:

• Posting sales, payments, receipts and journal entries in the system
• Preparation of bank reconciliation statement
• Preparation of various payments for utilities, suppliers, and owner payments
• Posting the revenue receipt entries from various sources.
• Calculate the cost of sales-based revenue receipt from various sales as per the agreements and contracts with owners.
• Collection cash and deposit the same in bank(s) as per sales invoices.
• Prepare monthly reports of profit and loss statements.
• Knowledge of online banking payment systems
• Knowledge of uae vat
• Prepare quarterly vat reports and file vat returns
• Preparation of prepaid and provision entries and keeping the schedule.
• Keep track of bank balances
• Timely payment of utility bills knowledge of quick book accounting software
• Good in MS office
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills ensure invoice accuracy, rand resolving inconsistencies.
