Hiring Accountant in Dubai

• A company in Dubai is seeking an Accountant to join their team. The responsibilities of this position include:
• Creating detailed journal entries and posting them to the general ledger (GL) to track all income statements and expenses
• Handling all accounts payable and receivable on a daily basis to ensure each invoice and expense report is accurate
• Reconciling all business accounts to ensure records match up and no transaction is lost
• Entering financial data into computer software, ensuring all bills and invoices are filed correctly
• Facilitating all incoming payments and outgoing checks, including printing, obtaining signatures, and distributing checks as necessary
• Following up with vendors for accounts payable and keeping in touch as needed for collections, ensuring bills are paid on time
• Preparing for quarterly reporting using standard best practices and assisting with monthly closings
• Assisting the real estate team or other staff accountants with other accounting duties as needed
• The ideal candidate should have experience in accounting, knowledge of best accounting practices, attention to detail, accuracy, and strong organizational skills.
