Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure precise and up-to-date financial records are kept for management and other interested parties.
• Aid in the management of accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks, such as handling invoices, payments, and collections.
• Utilize accounting software to input and reconcile financial transactions effectively.
• Adhere to company policies and accepted accounting practices by maintaining meticulous and accurate files and documentation.
• Create and handle invoices, receipts, payments, and other relevant financial documents.
• Provide support during the auditing of financial records and collaborate with external auditors throughout the audit procedure.
