Description:

We are looking for Accountant for Real Estate Company in Dubai. Below are the details;-

• Must have experience in Property Management and Real Estate company
• Maintain accounts and documentation in a dedicated Web Portal management system
• Navigate VAT returns through FTA portal as per the VAT returns period
• Prepare monthly Budget for forecast upcoming monthly expenses.
• Prepare financial summary of rental cheques and cash for deposit purpose
• Maintain company accounts and record all expenses and reconciliation of suppliers Maintain Clients rent statement of accounts.
• Perform bank reconciliations and produce reports in a dedicated Accounts System
• Prepare monthly payroll slips for staff
• Prepare Weekly Banking
• Deposit Summary and perform the cheques deposit into client account with dealing different bank as weekly cycle
• Preparing agreements for tenants, preparing of invoices and bills to parties.
• Prepare Invoices & Quotations
• Handling of day to day office work, maintenance of all filling works, etc.
• Dealing with Ejari online systems to issue Ejari for residential and commercial units
• Attending to all calls related to lease of Tenants
• Assisting Clients on all inquiries regarding leasing.
• In charge of marketing vacant properties. Preparing offer letters and suggests Ad, if necessary.
