What You’ll Do:
- Handle day-to-day financial transactions and record-keeping
- Prepare and analyze monthly and annual financial reports
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial planning
- Ensure compliance with UAE regulations and assist with tax filings
- Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth operations
- Support audits and financial decision-making processes
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA, ACCA, or similar certification is a plus
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and tax laws in the UAE
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities
- Previous experience in the real estate industry is an advantage
