Account Success Admin – Operation
Role Overview
The role is mainly to support the Account Manager with all the Admin tasks,
Starting from briefing, preparing the CPS & preparing the required sales and end of the month results by ensuring a high level of quality service is provided.
Responsibilities
- Client reports generation (sales reports, consumer insights, etc…)
- Internal communication with brand advocates
- Preparations for brand advocates schedules
- Monitor and build excellent relationships with brand advocates.
- Assist in training brand advocates.
- Allocations for the events and activations.
- Assist account manager with ad hoc tasks.
- Communicate internally with operations team on various brand activations and projects.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Excel and Power Point
- Proven track record of the ability to manage multiple projects at a time while maintaining the quality of the deliverables.
- Well organized and knows how to distribute the workload according to urgency with strict adherence to project timelines.
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Good command of communicating through social media tools (WhatsApp)
- Can operate under pressure with the ability to have creative problem-solving skills that are aligned with the company’s values.
- Capable to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
- English proficiency is a must.
