Hiring Account Manager (Recruitment/Manpower/Staffing Company background)
Location: Dulsco Head Office, Dubai
Job Requirements:
- Maintain awareness of customers’ needs and cultivate harmonious relationship with customers through constant interaction.(If and when required)
- Prepare Quotation/Job orders for new & existing clients in CRM. 3. Regularly checking contract expiry and commercial expiry for existing clients.
- Prospecting for additional Business from Existing Clientele and ensuring constant and repeated follow ups to ensure a consistent funnel.(If and when required)
- Coordinate with Billing & AR team on invoice disputes, payment issues and accordingly update the operations team for effective resolution from the respective clients.
- Achieving set targets and completion of tasks within assigned deadlines.
- Taking care of all necessary legal formalities, documentation and maintaining protocols.
- Maintain accurate details on all clients, constantly update, prepare and maintain job orders in CRM.
