Role: Customer Service Representative
Reports to: Store Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers with inquiries about products, services, and orders.
- Manage mobile service operations including activations, upgrades, SIM swaps, and account updates.
- Address and resolve billing or payment concerns promptly.
- Offer accurate details regarding DU products, services, and promotions.
- Maintain accurate and updated CRM records while ensuring seamless customer service.
- Consistently achieve KPIs related to customer satisfaction and service quality.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of prior DU/Etisalat retail experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve effectively.
