We are seeking a Customer Services Executive to join our friendly, rapidly expanding team.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Supervising daily operations of customer service
- Handling customer queries related to orders
- Knowledge of finance packages is a must to be able to check client status
- Maintaining customer databases and relationships
- Provide company information and product information to new and existing customers
- Following up with clients and customers on any outstanding orders/issues
- Letting customers know about new products or services
- Escalating queries or concerns to relevant department/person and ensuring they are dealt with
- Trouble-shooting any issues with products or services
- Working with our in-house team on CSR’s and other departments to find solutions
with your current C.V outlining your CS experience, and your salary expectations.
