Role Overview:

As a 3D Visualizer, you will play a key role in bringing our design concepts to life through realistic and visually stunning renderings. Working closely with our design and project management teams, you will translate ideas and concepts into compelling visual presentations that accurately represent the final product. in addition to developing the ideas your self

Responsibilities:

• 3D Rendering: Create high-quality, photorealistic 3D renderings of interior spaces, including retail stores, offices, restaurants, and residential properties, using industry-standard software such as SketchUp and enscape, 3ds Max, or Blender.
• Concept Development: Collaborate with the design team to develop and refine design concepts, ensuring that visualizations accurately reflect the proposed design intent and meet client requirements.
• Material and Lighting Selection: Assist in selecting appropriate materials, textures, colors, and lighting schemes to enhance the visual appeal and realism of renderings.
• Presentation Support: Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, showcasing proposed designs and providing visual support to help clients visualize the end result.
• Project Collaboration: Work closely with architects, interior designers, and project managers to ensure alignment between design intent and execution throughout the project lifecycle.
• Quality Assurance: Review and critique renderings to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to project specifications and quality standards.
• Stay Updated: Stay abreast of emerging trends, techniques, and technologies in 3D visualization and design to continually enhance skills and capabilities

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Graphic Design, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience as a 3D Visualizer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in creating high-quality renderings.
• Proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering software such as SketchUp, Enscape, 3ds Max, Blender, V-Ray, or similar.
• Strong understanding of architectural and interior design principles, including space planning, materials, and lighting.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively convey ideas and concepts visually and verbally.
• Attention to detail and a passion for creativity and innovation.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
