Responsibilities:

• Source and allocate resources for multiple live projects.
• Provide high-quality resourcing support to project teams.
• Manage permanent and freelance resources effectively.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws in contract issuance.
• Identify resource needs for live projects and pitches.
• Source and interview candidates globally in line with project needs.
• Manage staff contracts within project budgets.
• Collaborate with external vendors and recruitment agencies.
• Optimize processes, encourage staff engagement, and gather feedback.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience, ideally in event industry resource management.
• Experience in providing admin or team support for experiential events or projects.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• High attention to detail in dynamic environments.
• UAE own freelance visa
