Wellhead Operations Supervisor

  • Candidates with a Bachelors degree in Chemical or Petroleum Engineering with 10 years relevant experience of which at least 5 years within the oil & gas industry.
  • Supervisor shall assist in managing and coordinating all DP related operations in safe, efficient and economical manner, ensuring uninterrupted operations and sustainable production standards by communicating with DP dept. through various aspects including but not limited to petroleum/production/reservoir engineering.
  • Directly responsible for effective coordination and monitoring of contractor staff and thereby facilitate timely completion of tasks as per required Quality/HSE standards.
  • Site Implementation and close work monitoring with Contract terms and conditions under the respective contract.
  • Identify material/equipment required for any departmental maintenance & management activities according to preventive maintenance schedule, work requisitions or notifications in urgent and emergency situations at offshore locations and coordinate with the Head Offshore Development, Processing Maintenance for the timely availability of all requirements.
  • Analyses equipment threats and hazards, ensuring implementation of standard operating procedures in order to maintain the integrity of all equipment and adherence of safety standards.
  • Review various inspections reports and prepare recommendations to ensure the provision of a timely response to all relevant emergencies/breakdowns and prompt corrective action is taken to ensure service availability/minimize production downtime.
  • Plan, monitor and control the implementation of preventive maintenance programs as required to decrease forced outages, and to maintain operational efficiency.
