JOB ROLE:

• Collaborate with departments to assess training needs and identify any gaps, subsequently preparing appropriate training plans and schedules.
• Create comprehensive training materials for modules, including presentations, audio-visual components, handouts, lesson plans, instructor guides, assessments, and other relevant resources.
• Deliver training sessions to all necessary individuals, ensuring compliance with company standards.
• Evaluate and assess the effectiveness of training based on module and department criteria.
• Conduct trade tests for new employees, ensuring they meet the required standards.
• Record and communicate training results to the relevant departments.
• Provide mentoring support to trainees upon request.
• Oversee the revalidation process for welding among all subcontractors in accordance with company specifications.
