Hiring Welding Engineer

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Duration: Minimum 4 months

Mandatory:

• CSWIP 3.2 Certification (Certified Welding Inspector – Level 3.2)
• B.Gas Certification

Optional:

• IWE Certification (International Welding Engineer)

Experience:

• Gulf Experience: Minimum of 7 years.
• Total Experience: Minimum of 12 years.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage welding activities on site, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Review welding procedures, qualifications, and ensure adherence to project specifications.
• Conduct inspections and ensure all welding work meets the required standards and codes.
• Collaborate with project teams, including QA/QC, to ensure project timelines and goals are met.
• Provide technical support and guidance to welding teams and other stakeholders.
• Prepare and maintain documentation related to welding procedures, qualifications, and inspections.
• Ensure all welding personnel are properly qualified and certified as per project requirements.

Skills and Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of welding processes, materials, and techniques.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and codes.
• Proficiency in using welding inspection tools and equipment.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
