Position: Wedding Planner
The Wedding Agency Ori works with couples from all over the world. We specialize in both official marriage registration and weddings with different budgets. As of 2023, Ori is one of the leaders in the Georgian wedding market. Our mission is to take care of all the most difficult moments of wedding preparation, giving the couple the opportunity to get the most out of the process and focus on the most important thing – each other.
Due to expansion and entering new markets, we are looking for a Wedding Planner in Dubai to join our friendly team.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Organize weddings: communication with couples, planning, budgeting, and implementation of projects.
- Organize marriage registration for couples in registry offices.
- Work in a project team.
- Work with documents: scanning, translations, sending, etc.
- Project management in CRM system, record keeping.
- Cooperate with event venues and contractors.
- Performing various tasks related to the organization of wedding events.
- It is important to us that a candidate:
- Has event organization experience in the UAE from 2 years.
- Has budgeting and planning skills.
- Is able to work with documents and a large amount of information.
- Has good computer skills (Excel, Google Drive, task managers, CRM, etc.).
- Has experience in negotiating and handling tasks.
- Is fluent in Russian and English (Arabic will be an advantage).
- Is punctual, responsible, energetic, positive, and attentive to details.
- Is able to handle stressful situations and solve immediate tasks quickly.
- Is ready to go on business trips, having a car will be an advantage.
