Experience: 8 Yrs +

• In-depth understanding & administration skills in relevant technology domain mentioned in the attachment. Hands-on experience and trouble shooting skills. Experience in well-known Infrastructure & Application monitoring tools relevant to his domain.
• Deployment, Administration and Operations Support of application hosting platforms like IBM WebSphere, IBM MQ, Tomcat, IIS, and JBOSS environments.
• Installation, configuration, administration and management of IBM WebSphere, JBoss and MQ. Implementation and management of Clusters, Nodes and Cells. Monitoring of all platforms and applications.
• Performance tuning – configuring caching, queuing, pooling, heap size and optimizing of other parameters. Trouble shooting of IBM WAS platforms, environments and applications.
• Configuring and integrating applications with Single-Sign On (SSO). Support testing of ongoing development on WebServers, IBM MQ, IBM HTTP Server. Security management – vulnerability fixes, hot fixes, bug fixes and upgrades.
• Capacity management and License management – Resource management and license & support subscription management of platforms. Data Protection – backup / restore and system recovery activities.
• Building high availability and proper Disaster Recovery.
• Define standards, best practices and metrics installing, configuring, monitoring, reporting, auditing.
• WebSphere Portal Content Management expertise.
