Web Design and Development

Responsibilities:

• Independently handle design projects such as company websites and other digital assets
• Assist with theme customization and UI/UX adjustments to align with brand and marketing needs.
• Develop and customize WordPress themes, widgets, menus, forms, and interactive elements to support client brands.
• Add and customize UI/UX elements such as forms, tabs, and floating tiles to improve user engagement.
• Perform regular maintenance, including updates and security patches, to ensure website reliability.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to support various website updates and initiatives.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in WordPress development with a strong emphasis on UI/UX.
• -Skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
• Experience in theme customization, plugin development, and WordPress architecture.
• Experience in guiding other team members will be a plus
• Strong understanding of SEO best practices, website security, and responsive design.
• Familiarity with digital photo editing with tools like Adobe
• Comfort working in a deadline-driven environment
• Excellent time-management skills, communication skills and inter-personal skills
• Bachelor degree in any discipline
