Job Description

Logistics Coordination:

• Ensures the delivery of all products received at the warehouse to the proper department according to the plan.
• . Ensures the right stock levels are maintained.
• Manages and oversees the accuracy of the documentation cycle from products receivable at the warehouse to products’ final release.
• Performs audits on all products delivered to ensure proper registration in the system.
• Prepares annual plan reports for the warehouse, including pallet position requirements, equipment needs, team training requirements, system updates, and necessary maintenance (fire system, security system, warehouse equipment such as forklifts, handhelds, racks, etc.).

Warehouse Staff Management:

• Maintains warehouse staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees, planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
• Oversees picking, packing, and distribution activities.
• Manages warehouse operations to receive products of varying quantities, ensuring proper storage, stock management, and timely delivery.
• Ensures the safety and security of the warehouse and stored products.
• Issues weekly and monthly stock level reports, including condition and quantity.
• Develops procedures and recommends estimates for the orderly replacement of existing equipment.

Operation Management:

• Maintains stock levels and ensures regular maintenance of all warehouse equipment.
• Ensures KPIs are met on a monthly basis.
• Aligns everyday operations with the company’s quality standards.
• Manages RMA collections across Gulf markets.

Business Performance Reporting:

• Monitors and calculates Case fill, GIT file, and RFT for documentation on a monthly basis.
• Reports inventory monthly and ensures the right stock levels.
• Ensures Inbound and Outbound trackers are updated regularly with accurate information.
• Owns the red-to-green plans for all KPIs.

Background, Experience, Qualifications:

• University Degree
• Experience: 4-5 years in Warehousing(must be from pharma industry)
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
