Description:

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager

The candidate’s skill set and experience requirement as follows;

• 10-15 years of UAE experience as Warehouse Manager in cold store for food products.
• Excellent leadership, communication & interpersonal skills.
• Planning and organizing skills to effectively manage the flow of stock.
• Exceptional time management and organization skills
• Inventory control practices and logistics.
• In-depth understanding of industry and company best practices for the cold store.
• Comfortable using inventory management software and other organizational computer applications.
• Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts and reconciles with data storage systems.
• Maintains warehouse staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
• Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols.
• Must be able to multitask and perform under pressure.
• Coordinate and monitor the receipt, order, assembly and dispatch of goods.
• Keep stock control systems up to date and make sure inventories are accurate.
• Motivate, organize and encourage teamwork within the workforce to ensure productivity targets are met or exceeded.
