Warehouse Junior Operator

Gender – Females only

Job Purpose

Handle outgoing goods as per storage, picking and packing process (SOP), to ensure the materials are handled properly.

Job Responsibilities:-

• Receive shipped out materials from production by using IFS system and Personal Digital Assistant (PDA) to maintain accurate inventory.
• Picking and packing of finished goods by using picking list instructions to ensure that the correct goods are picked and packed.
• Loading of finished goods in to the delivery truck by using forklift truck to ensure efficient dispatch.
• Storing materials in appropriate locations in the warehouse by checking available sites to ensure efficient storage & retrieval.
• Assist in territory and annual stock count by carrying out physical checks to ensure that the inventory is matching the book stock.

Main tasks

• Receiving material in to Inventory
• Loading of FG’s to trucks
• Storing of FG on racks
• Picking & packing of FG
• Stock counting
• Keep warehouse clean
