Hiring Waitress – F&B

Abu Dhabi hospitality client are looking for female candidates to take care of the guests in all aspects and assures the smooth operational running of an outlet by providing courteous and rapid internal and external service.

Main Duties:

• Presents menus if required, answers questions, and makes suggestions regarding food and service.
• Responds to any additional requests and to determine when meal has been completed.
• Accepts payment and passes to Restaurant Cashier for processing.
• Actively tries to improve his own professional service.
• Addresses guest complaints immediately to Supervisor.
• Assures smooth, efficient and rapid service of food and beverages.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Diploma or High School or any related field or equivalent
• Minimum 1-2 years’ Hospitality experience in the UAE in a similar role is preferred
• Flexible, hardworking, excellent customer service and ability to understand full instruction given by the line manager
• Teamwork and the ability to foster good working relationships
• Female, European Nationality
