Description:

Crowne Plaza Hotel Abu Dhabi is currently recruiting a Waiter/Waitress.

The preferred candidate must be in UAE. 

You’re Day To Day:

• Responsible for the preparation of the workplace:
• Crockery, cutlery, China & glassware prior to the service operation.
• Store ordering and receipts, collection and checking
• Linen orders and receipt
• Day to day menu updates
• Condiments and general mis-en-place
• Cleanliness and outlet organization
• Perform all side duties as assigned
• Follows policies and procedures as per the F&B Department and outlet manual.
• Ensures a high-quality level of service standards, customer relations and public relations at all times.
• Follows hygiene standards at all times as set in the company hygiene manual.
• To operate accurately to all accountancy procedures
• Partakes in all outlet activities example which one as follows:
• Customer service – food & Beverage
• Outlet Theme nights
• Outlet brainstorming and organization
• Marketing and PR campaigns in local market.
• Building customer relations
• Training and development programs
• Any other duty associated with the outlet.

QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma.
• English speaking
• Ability to work in a flexible schedule
• Passion for excellent service
