Hiring Visa Typist & Data entry Operator

Job Description:

Our company is looking for Visa Typist & Data entry Operator preferably with the below Responsibilities:

• Visa typing and other immigration applications into the online government immigration systems.
• Updating immigration documents, processes, and procedures.
• Check the status of applications and update the team as required.
• Effective and clear communication and development of strong working relationships with the Visa team.
• Clearly communicate to guests about visa requirements.
• Track all visa expiry dates and send renewal instructions.
• Maintains an electronic log and database of processed visas.
• Collect & enter data into the system in a systematic & accurate manner.
• Understand and follow workplace policies and procedures.

Requirement:

• Diploma or relevant degree required
• Must have at least two years of UAE experience in any Typing Centre.
• Should have knowledge of Smart Channels / GDRFA immigration system and visa application forms.
• Excellent typing speed of at least 45 words per minute
• Preferably those who have knowledge of the visa application process
• Comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
• Good communication skills.
