What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Organize communication via emails and phone calls
- Provide customer service as the first point of contact
- Schedule meetings, manage travel arrangements, and accommodations
- Create and maintain customer spreadsheets while managing online records
- Conduct market research and prepare presentations
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Virtual Assistant, Data Entry Clerk, or in a relevant position
- Ability to work effectively in a remote setting
- Significant experience with current technologies, including desktop sharing and cloud services
- Proficient in word-processing software and spreadsheets, particularly MS Office
- Strong organizational and time management skills
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Additional qualification as a Data Entry Administrator or Executive Assistant
- Good practical experience with online calendars and scheduling, particularly Google Calendar
- Strong phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills
