  • Respond to inbound calls from patients and/or HCPs with clinical questions about medications, providing accurate and empathetic guidance.
  • Educate patients and HCPs on prescribing information, side effects, and other product-related information, following company guidelines and protocols.
  • Identify and document adverse events as reported by patients, ensuring all details are recorded accurately and reported in a timely manner.
  • Answer other clinical inquiries by answering inbound calls and making outbound calls, addressing concerns and escalating as needed.
  • Adhere to all regulatory requirements for documenting adverse events and handling patient information.
  • Stay current on product information, company updates, and industry best practices to provide the highest level of patient care.

You are a great fit if you have…

  • Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Certified Nursing Aide (CNA) certification
  • Active LPN or CNA license in good standing.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of nursing/clinical experience, 2+ preferably in a call center environment.
  • Experience with pharmacovigilance, adverse event & product quality complaints, regulatory requirements, or medication education is a plus.
  • Strong communication and listening skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and compassionately.
  • The role in this environment does not allow for providing medical advice or making treatment recommendations.
  • Proficient in using computer systems and able to quickly learn new software.
  • Ability to efficiently talk and type while navigating computer systems and documentation while on a phone call
  • Ability to work independently on more than one project at a time and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Capable of handling constructive feedback and applying it to improve quality requirements
