Key Responsibilities

• Utilize our educator portal to select assignments that correspond with your certification and availability.
• Inspire creativity and engagement in a virtual classroom to maintain student interest.
• Formulate innovative strategies that enhance student learning and establish positive relationships.
• Develop and execute lesson plans that adhere to the curriculum requirements.
• Monitor and assess student progress, grades, and performance to foster their success.

Required Skills

• A valid, USA state-issued public teaching certification in one of the designated subject areas.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for building positive relationships with students.
• Ability to design and implement engaging and effective lesson plans.
• Proficiency in utilizing technology for online teaching, including a computer, webcam, headset, and stable internet connection.
• Previous experience in online education is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional teaching experience.
• A Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution.
• Completion of a Virtual Skills Teaching Demonstration and a background check as part of the application process.
