- Keep track of receipts
- Manage QuickBooks
- Organize receipts
- Document for tax purposes
- Perform light bookkeeping
- Manage Calendar
- Maintain multiple calendars
- Block time slots, and reschedule when conflicts arise
- Strategically manage time
- Manage Inbox
- Handle multiple inboxes
- Utilize folders and organizational systems
- Prepare drafts for future sending
- Jump in to schedule as needed
- Manage Personal Tasks
- Plan events: parties, invitations, décor, logistics, etc.
- Oversee two households: utilities, lawn care, cleaning, etc.
- Purchase birthday gifts
- Manage Social Media
- Develop a content calendar
- Schedule writing times on the calendar
- Research and save relevant content/videos

Requirements
- Experience as a Virtual Assistant or Personal Assistant is preferred
