Responsibilities
- Your Mission Will Be To:
- Address customer inquiries via Email as well as do some Back-office Tasks.
- Analyze customer requests and determine whether to fulfill them or not. The task includes assisting with refunds, editing user postings, usability assistance, etc..

Requirements
- Has least 1-2 years experience in Customer Service
- Software/platforms required: Zendesk
- Ready to use your skills to deliver top-tier service in a fast-paced and supportive environment?
