About Us
looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help manage administrative tasks, email coordination, and calendar scheduling.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage multiple email accounts (Yahoo, Gmail, and Outlook/Office)
- Organize and prioritize emails, flagging important messages for review
- Coordinate and schedule appointments across multiple calendars
- Assist with administrative tasks such as document organization and data entry
- Communicate professionally with clients, vendors, and staff as needed
- Other ad hoc administrative support as required
Requirements
- Proven experience as a virtual assistant or in an administrative role
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in managing multiple email accounts and calendar scheduling
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
- Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Google Calendar, and other scheduling tools
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing executive calendars and engagement
- Comfortable using productivity tools such as Slack, Trello, or Asana
- Basic knowledge of social media management (not required, but a plus)
