Key Responsibilities

  • Administrative Support: Perform general administrative duties such as managing emails, scheduling appointments, preparing documents, and maintaining files.
  • Calendar Management: Organize and schedule meetings, events, and appointments, ensuring all logistics are handled.
  • Communication: Respond to emails and phone calls, and manage social media messages or customer inquiries.
  • Data Entry: Enter and update information into databases, spreadsheets, or CRM systems.
  • Customer Service: Provide customer support by answering inquiries and resolving issues, maintaining a positive relationship with clients or customers.
  • Travel Arrangements: Book flights, accommodations, and transportation, creating itineraries for business trips.
