Job Description:
Khalid Al Ameri is a UAE based Creator with 17+ million subscribers/followers & over a billion viewers across all platforms. He’s known for his unique storytelling, breaking stereotypes, and creating dialogue through thought provoking content. 2023 will be the biggest year yet, going all into the YouTube platform.
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative YouTube Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience editing videos for YouTube, as well as a strong understanding of the platform’s algorithms and best practices for maximizing views and engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Edit raw footage into polished and engaging videos for the YouTube channel
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop and execute video concepts
- Utilize motion graphics, visual effects, and other tools to enhance the overall look and feel of videos
- Optimize videos for search and discoverability on YouTube using appropriate keywords and tags
- Ensure all videos meet YouTube’s guidelines for content and technical specifications
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in YouTube video editing
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience editing videos for YouTube or other online platforms
- Strong knowledge of video editing software such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or Avid
- Experience with motion graphics and visual effects software such as After Effects
- Strong understanding of the YouTube platform and its algorithms
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work well under tight deadlines
- Passion for creating engaging and high-quality content
