We are looking for Valuers for our Real Estate Valuation Division who will undertake valuations of a wide range of properties. Individuals will be responsible for conducting property valuations in a fast-paced professional environment. Working to the highest of industry standards, the successful candidates will be responsible for the preparation of valuation reports within our Residential Valuation department on properties located throughout the UAE. Duties will include the full spectrum of the valuation process from inspection to calculations and report writing.
Candidates will support our operations in Dubai and the Northern Emirates. Candidates with Arabic language proficiency are encouraged to apply, but this not an essential requirement. For the senior roles, candidates with MRICS qualification or taking their APC will be considered.

Key requirements and skills:
- Applications for both junior/mid-level and senior valuers with freehold and/or non-freehold experience are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Sound knowledge of valuation methodology and its application.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines in order to deliver high quality service.
- Enthusiastic and self-motivated with excellent client skills.
- Flexible and enjoy working autonomously and as part of a wider team.
- Strong verbal and numerical skills and be comfortable with report writing.
- Valid UAE driving license.
- Valuation of under-construction villas is an added advantage.
- RICS membership required for senior roles.
