Hiring UX/UI Lead – eCommerce

Location: Dubai, UAE

Job Summary:

We’re seeking an experienced UX/UI Lead to join our eCommerce team in Dubai. You’ll drive user-centered design solutions, crafting intuitive and engaging experiences for our customers. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver world-class digital products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop user-centered designs aligning business goals with customer needs.
  • Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
  • Establish design systems, style guides, and patterns.
  • Design UI elements: input controls, navigational components, and informational components.
  • Create original graphic designs (images, sketches, tables).
  • Identify and troubleshoot UX issues (responsiveness, usability).
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and management teams.
  • Incorporate customer feedback, metrics, and usability findings to enhance user experience.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of UX/UI experience in eCommerce.
  • Portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions.
  • Expertise in design tools (Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD).
  • Strong understanding of user research, testing, and analysis.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with design systems and style guides.
  • Familiarity with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).

Nice to Have:

  • Knowledge of eCommerce platforms (Magento, Shopify).
  • Certification in UX design or related field.
