One of the most important thing is to accept the lower paying job as well in these tough time one need to understand things are not the same as it was before covid-19 and it is normal to accept the reduction of pay around of around 20% to 30% and you need to motivate yourself that this situation will not always be the same In future, accepting the less salary will surely going to increase chances of employability.

Employer needs to understand making your staff redundant just because of the covid-19 effect and not because of the actual position of the company will going to have far greater adverse effect then the savings they are eyeing to be made from making employee redundant, this is actually a tunnel vision,
