Job Description:

• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to gather and assess user requirements
• Bring design concepts to life through storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps
• Craft visually stunning graphic user interface elements, adhering to style guide standards
• Architect seamless page navigation and information collection flows
• Present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders for feedback
• Develop UI mock-ups, documentation, and prototypes to guide developers and quality assurance
• Identify and resolve UX issues, including responsiveness and user satisfaction

Who You Are:

• Proven work experience as a UI Designer with a portfolio of design projects
• Background in trading
• Familiarity with wireframe tools (e.g., Wireframe.cc, Balsamiq, InVision)
• Proficiency in design software like Figma, Sketch, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop
• Knowledge of user research methods, usability heuristics, and accessibility guidelines
• Strong team spirit and communication skills to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders
• Excellent time-management skills, especially when managing tasks across multiple teams
• A Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human Factors, Computer Science, or a relevant field
