Overall years of experience: 5-10 years
2+ years using Agile methodologies and 2+ years in Finance, Banking or adjacent field (Fintech, Crypto, Insurance).
Mandatory skills: End-to-end UCD process across the whole digital product design lifecycle with a strong focus on UI, UI Design for complex software systems, Design systems and libraries, Design Documentation for software development, Ideation, Typography, Graphic Design, Information Design
Figma, Adobe Suite, Microsoft Suite, Corporate Presentations, Video Editing, Design Estimation in an Agile Environment, Enough understanding of front-end and back-end development technologies to collaborate effectively with developers.
Requirements gathering, Workshop facilitation, Copywriting, Illustration, Animation, Photography & Videography, Sound Design & Sound Engineering, Basic Front-end Programming (HTML/CSS/JavaScript)
