Job Description:
- We are seeking a skilled and experienced Typist to join our team and handle visa and license applications with a strong understanding of Abu Dhabi, UAE law. As a Typist, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients and ensuring that all necessary paperwork is accurately prepared and submitted in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Your expertise in UAE legal procedures, particularly in Abu Dhabi, will be essential to provide exceptional service and support to our clients.
- Visa and License Application Preparation: Efficiently prepare and type various visa and license application documents, ensuring all required information is accurately recorded and complete.
- Knowledge of Abu Dhabi, UAE Law: Demonstrate a strong understanding of the legal requirements and regulations concerning visa and license applications specific to Abu Dhabi and the UAE.
- Document Verification: Verify the authenticity and completeness of employee-provided documents and ensure that they comply with UAE government requirements.
- Liaison with Government Authorities: Communicate with relevant government authorities to follow up on visa and license application statuses and address any inquiries or issues that may arise during the process.
- Compliance and Up-to-date Knowledge: Stay informed about changes in visa and license application procedures, legal requirements, and regulations in Abu Dhabi, ensuring full compliance in all processes.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and organized records of all visa and license applications processed, ensuring confidentiality and data security.
- Translation Support: Offer translation services as needed for documents written in Arabic or other languages to facilitate the application process.
- Administrative Tasks: Assist with general administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments, managing inquiries, and coordinating with other team members.
