Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and update logistics data for designated vendors to guarantee timely processing.
- Detect and address any delivery-related issues that may occur with vendors or local shipments.
- Effectively communicate with vendors to resolve challenges and adjust delivery schedules as needed.
- Escalate intricate problems to supervisors when necessary to ensure prompt resolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to rectify inaccuracies in merchant data.
- Gather and align item-level data from merchants with our internal DashMart item numbers and descriptions.
