Hiring: TSS Manager

We are looking to recruit a TSS Manager. An ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience. Preferably working experience in Etisalat and are available in UAE.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Make and agree on the on-site survey and design plan with customers.
• Organize subcontractors to execute the plan, end-to-end monitor, and manage the progress, ensure all targets can be finished on time.
• Responsible for design progress and quality, verifying detailed design and BOQ.
• Coordinate with client and subcontractors to ensure the design match the milestone, specifications, and client’s requirement.
• Organize customer meetings and escalate the main issue to the project management team. Close relationship with customers and improve customer satisfaction.
• Organize design teams, define the KPI for all team staff and evaluate the performance, make proper team building.
• Manage subcontractors, organize subcontractor meetings. Conduct subcontractor workload confirmation.
• Organize to manage design documents in a proper way.
• Report to client and project management team daily and weekly.

Knowledge, Experience & Competencies:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineer or Computer Science or equivalent.
• Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in related functions.
• Strong communication skills.
